HontWatch is a personal content management platform that allows authorized users to publish luxury watch and fashion content to social media platforms including TikTok. The service uses the TikTok Content Posting API to enable direct posting to authorized TikTok accounts.
To use HontWatch's posting features, users must authenticate via TikTok Login. By logging in with TikTok, you authorize HontWatch to access your TikTok account solely for the purpose of publishing content on your behalf. We do not store your TikTok credentials.
You may only use HontWatch to post content to your own authorized TikTok account. You agree not to use the service to post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service. You may not use the service to post spam, misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
You retain full ownership of all content you publish through HontWatch. By using our service, you grant HontWatch a limited license to transmit your content to TikTok on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any other purpose.
HontWatch uses the TikTok API in accordance with TikTok's API Terms of Service and Developer Guidelines. Our application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.
HontWatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including any issues with TikTok API availability or content moderation decisions made by TikTok.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
